Price Information

Prices indicated are inclusive of GST and Shipment within India.

Delivery Lead time

The ordered items are shipped within Five (5) working days from date of placing the order. In case of higher quantities, please allow us to call up to confirm the order and delivery date.

Returns policy

Products are returnable within Ten days (10) if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page

Return will be processed only if:
- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you
- the product is returned in original condition (with our box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
We will ship you a replacement on receipt of the original product shipped to you.
Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered. Please write you us before purchase in case you have any doubts about the suitability of the product for your purpose. We are happy to help !

Cancellation

Orders that are yet to be shipped can be cancelled without any charge. Please write to us / call us with your order details to cancel your order . We will initiate a refund within 5 working days of order cancellation .

Warranty

We warrant the original goods purchased for a period of 12 months after purchase.
Please register your device with the Serial Number on the device with us by sending a mail to info@www.amberroot.com for validating the Warranty certificate.
Warranty is invalid if the device is used other than as intended by the manufacturer.
Within the warranty period we will repair or replace at our option all failures which are caused by material or manufacturing faults.
Amberroot will not be responsible for any consequential damage.
A warranty repair does not extend the warranty period.

Exclusions of Warranty

No warranty claims will be accepted for damages resulting from handling, use or treatment that are not explicitly mentioned in this manual. In particular, damages arising from the following causes are excluded from the warranty

Voltage higher than rated Voltage across PV or battery terminals.
Battery cables connected across PV input terminals.
Accidental presence of liquids in the equipment or oxidation due to condensation.
Damage resulting from falls or mechanical shocks.
Opening the unit/lid or modifications carried out without the explicit authorization of Amberroot Systems.
Damage due to atmospheric surge voltage (lightning).
Damage due to inappropriate transportation or packaging
